Studio Ivayah began with a simple idea: movement should feel like more than just a workout. What started as a private Lagree space in Oviedo, Florida has grown into a community centered around movement, connection, and intentionally pouring back into yourself.
From one-on-one Lagree sessions to curated events throughout Central Florida, Studio Ivayah was created to give women a space to try something new, move their bodies, build meaningful connections, and feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.
Because movement is better when it happens in community.
Meet the founder
Hi, I'm Felecia, your Lagree girl.
Growing up in Central Florida, I always knew I wanted to give back to the community that helped shape who I am. I just didn't know what that would look like. Then I found Lagree. Becoming a certified Lagree Fitness instructor gave me my “how,” but the vision for Studio Ivayah grew into something much bigger than movement.
Growing up, I saw how much women, especially Muslim women, needed spaces where they could feel comfortable showing up, trying something new, building genuine friendships, and simply being in community with one another. So I created the space I wished to see. Studio Ivayah brings together my love for movement and my love for community through private Lagree, intentional experiences, and curated gatherings designed to help women move, connect, and pour back into themselves.
When I am not on the Microformer, I am planning the next Ivy gathering, sipping matcha, or answering DMs from girls I can't wait to meet in real life.
